We recommend getting a touch-up every two to four weeks. A natural eyelash falls off every 60 to 90 days on average due to the natural growth cycle and is naturally replaced with the growth of a new eyelash. At any given moment, each of your natural eyelashes is at a different stage of its life cycle. A touch up is needed to replenish the lashes that have completed their life cycle.

To maintain long, thick, beautiful lashes and to extend the life of your lashes follow these easy care instructions:
Do not wash eyes or shower for 24 hours after lash application. Do not swim or spa for 48 hours after lash application to allow adequate time for bonding.
Be gentle with your lashes.
Avoid rubbing your eyes.
Avoid oil-based and waterproof mascara. Water based mascara and water based mascara remover may be used. Use mascara sparingly and gently remove mascara with water-based eye makeup remover.

Synthetic vs Human Hair - The Pro's & Cons
Unlike lashes made of human hair, synthetic lashes will not frizz, curl up or lose their shape. For this reason alone, they stay on until your lash naturally sheds - which is about 8 weeks. They are flat & wider at the base, tapered at the tip to mimic your real lash. Although they are quite fine, they are about two times the thickness of your own lash. When your natural lash sheds, the extensions fall off with it. Typical refill sessions are approximately every 3-4 weeks. Applications with the synthetic lashes offers the most natural looking of all applications. Even someone standing two feet away from you will not be able to see that you have extensions on and will think that you were born with great lashes!

Human Hair Singles and Clusters are thicker than the synthetic lashes and much quicker to apply - usually within one hour. It is possible to create a very full, voluminous look with the human hair. However, these lashes tend to frizz and lose their shape after 2 to 4 weeks. They are much less expensive than synthetic lashes and do not last as long as long. They are great for a special events, in particular when a more dramatic look is desired.
